Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to oversee the Industry Collaborations division at AIM Media House. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects related to industry engagement, growth, and campaign execution. A key aspect of this role will be driving the expansion of the Leaders Council by strategically identifying and engaging influential leaders and stakeholders. You will ensure seamless integration of strategic initiatives while maintaining effective communication across teams, optimizing processes for successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Leadership & Growth:- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of collaboration initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.- Develop and implement robust project management frameworks to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.- Lead efforts to expand the Leaders Council by identifying, onboarding, and engaging influential leaders and industry experts.- Set and track key growth metrics related to council expansion and campaign performance.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:- Build and maintain relationships with key industry leaders, stakeholders, and collaborators to enhance program visibility and impact.- Develop strategic engagement plans to foster long-term partnerships and collaborations.- Facilitate cross-functional communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and coordinated efforts.

- Strategic Planning & Execution:- Monitor program progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.- Regularly evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

- Growth & Expansion:- Drive the expansion of the Leaders Council by strategically identifying and engaging key industry figures and thought leaders.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted engagement strategies to maximize visibility and impact.- Design and execute initiatives to strengthen the council's presence and influence within the industry.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:- Analyze program metrics and outcomes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.- Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).- 8-10 years of experience in program management, industry collaborations, growth initiatives, or a similar role.- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.- Demonstrated experience in expanding professional networks or councils, preferably within a business or industry context.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for stakeholder engagement.- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
