Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals starting their careers in recruitment who are eager to learn the nuances of talent acquisition and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

  • Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to source and screen candidates for a wide range of roles.

Interview Coordination:

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.

Database Management:

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track recruitment activities in internal systems.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting jobs, and organizing recruitment documents.

Training and Development:

  • Participate in internal training sessions to enhance recruitment knowledge and skills.

Market Insights:

  • Research industry trends and candidate availability to improve recruitment strategies.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes or HR practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Location:
