We are looking to hire Campus Recruiter & Coordinator - who can join immediately Job ref.: K412Position Title: Campus Recruiter & CoordinatorExperience: 2–4 years in Recruitment / Campus Hiring / HR CoordinationPosition OverviewThe Campus Recruiter & Coordinator shall manage and execute campus hiring initiatives for BE/BTech students across engineering colleges in India. The role involves end-to-end coordination with colleges, students, internal recruitment teams, and client organizations to ensure smooth hiring drives and successful talent onboarding.Key Responsibilities1. Campus Hiring Strategy & ExecutionIdentify, shortlist, and engage engineering colleges (BE/BTech) across India based on client hiring needs.Plan and execute campus recruitment drives—online and in-person—for internships, trainee roles, and entry-level technical positions.Organize pre-placement talks, client presentations, written tests, GDs, and technical interviews.2. College Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).Coordinate drive dates, logistics, interview panels, and student participation.Conduct regular follow-up with colleges for student databases and participation confirmation.3. Drive Coordination & OperationsHandle drive-day logistics including registration, exam setup, interviewer coordination, and result tracking.Manage virtual hiring platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.) for online drives.Ensure smooth execution of assessment tests, technical rounds, and HR interviews.Maintain accurate records of attendance, interview stages, and results.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant fieldExperience in campus recruitment, training & placement coordination, or fresher hiring preferredIf you fit the Bill then please applly with your latest CV indicating - job ref K412Thank you for taking time to review the above job
