As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their fashion needs, guiding them through the customization process, and ensuring a perfect fit and exceptional shopping experience. Your goal is to help customers feel confident and stylish while upholding the brand's heritage of excellence.

1. Customer Engagement:

• Welcome and engage customers warmly, understanding their unique preferences and requirements.
• Provide personalized recommendations for ethnic wear, including sherwanis, suits, kurtas, and more.

1. Customization Guidance:

• Assist customers in selecting fabrics, embroidery styles, patterns, and color combinations for custom outfits.
• Guide clients through the measurement and fitting process to ensure tailored perfection.

1. Fashion Expertise:

• Offer styling advice for weddings, festive occasions, and other events, ensuring customers make confident choices.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in ethnic wear and incorporate them into client consultations.

1. Sales and Targets:

• Drive store sales by upselling accessories, footwear, and complementary items.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

1. Product Knowledge:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the store’s product line, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship.
• Educate customers about care instructions for premium ethnic garments.

1. Customer Relationships:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and excellent service.
• Update loyal customers about new collections, seasonal offers, and customization options.

1. Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure the showroom looks appealing by arranging displays of suits, sherwanis, and festive collections.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the store's aesthetic appeal.

• Education:
• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in fashion retail, ethnic wear, or a similar role.
• Experience in handling custom orders and fittings is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of ethnic fashion, fabric types, embroidery, and tailoring.
• Ability to provide styling advice and guide customers through the customization process.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple orders and timelines.
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with tailoring and alterations.
• Basic knowledge of retail POS systems.
