The Accounts Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accuracy across accounting functions. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, maintaining general ledger entries, reconciling financial data, coordinating audits, and supporting statutory compliance. The Accounts Executive will also collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth financial workflows, contribute to financial documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This role is essential in supporting the company’s financial stability and providing reliable data for business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping and transaction recordingHandle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collectionsMaintain general ledger entries and reconcile bank, vendor, and internal accountsSupport audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)Prepare and organize financial documentation for internal and external reviewsCoordinate with teams and vendors to ensure seamless financial operationsAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesMaintain accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial recordsQualifications2–3 years of experience in accounting or financial operationsStrong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems and accounting workflowsSolid understanding of GST, TDS, tax filings, and statutory complianceExcellent numerical accuracy, analytical ability, and attention to detailStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
