About the Job :

We are seeking a seasoned Tableau Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing data analytics strategies.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Tableau, SQL (preferably Oracle SQL), and Snowflake, and will play a key role in building robust data solutions and interactive dashboards that communicate complex data stories to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Data Strategy : Lead the design, architecture, and strategy for data analytics solutions, focusing on Tableau, SQL (with a preference for Oracle SQL), and Snowflake.

- Dashboard Design : Build and deliver high-impact, interactive Tableau dashboards that present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

- Tableau Expertise : Utilize advanced Tableau features such as calculated fields, parameters, and custom visualizations to provide actionable insights.

- Must have at least 5 years of experience in creating complex calculations within Tableau.

- SQL Mastery : Perform advanced SQL queries, with expertise in Window functions.

- Should have at least 7 years of experience working with SQL.

- Data Integration : Design and implement best practices for ETL/ELT processes to ensure smooth data integration and management between on-premise databases and Snowflake.

- Root Cause Analysis : Analyze and troubleshoot Tableau reports, ensuring data accuracy and report efficiency.

- Project Management : Manage multiple data projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions while meeting business objectives.

- Data Platform Design : Lead large-scale Data Platform projects in an enterprise environment, with proven experience in at least two successful Tableau implementations involving Snowflake.

- Technical Reviews and Testing : Conduct technical reviews, data validation, and end-to-end testing for Tableau reports.

- Business Collaboration : Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for data models and ETL programs.

- Migration Expertise : Oversee the migration of data from on-premise databases and files to Snowflake, ensuring data quality and integrity during the process.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Primary Skillset : Strong expertise in Tableau, Oracle SQL, Advanced SQL, and Snowflake.

- Tableau Solutions and Architectures : Proven experience in designing scalable Tableau solutions and architecting data models for analytics.

- SQL Proficiency : Advanced SQL knowledge, particularly in writing complex queries and using window functions.

- ETL/ELT Knowledge : Strong understanding of data integration best practices, ETL/ELT processes, and working with large-scale enterprise data environments.

- Data Analytics Implementation : Hands-on experience with data analytics projects and at least two successful Tableau implementations with Snowflake.

- Problem-Solving : Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and managing multiple projects in parallel
