We’re in hypergrowth mode, expanding rapidly across 250+ hospitals — and we’re looking for passionate engineers to help us scale our platform and shape the future of healthcare communication in India.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, and Node.js (MERN-stack familiarity a bonus) who loves solving real-world problems. You’ll build scalable microservices, APIs, and communication layers that directly impact how patients and hospitals connect every day.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js.Work on MongoDB data models and optimize queries for performance and scalability.Build and consume REST APIs and microservices for our communication modules.Integrate and optimize WebRTC, VoIP, and telecom APIs within our product ecosystem.Integrate and deploy end-to-end features.Work closely with the product and operations teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and DevOps improvements.Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with strong testing discipline.Skills & Experience3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer.Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.Familiarity with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus.Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and web security concepts.Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD environments.Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred.Familiarity with WebRTC, telecom APIs, or VoIP models is a strong plus.Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Wind Shark is a plus.Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude.Why SolluCompetitive compensation and a performance-driven culture.Hybrid work flexibility – collaborate in person at our Chennai office while maintaining remote convenience.Opportunity to work directly with the founding team in a high-impact HealthTech startup.Fast-paced environment, rapid learning curve, and clear career growth paths.Be part of a mission that’s improving patient access and healthcare efficiency nationwide.How to Apply: Send your CV or GitHub profile to hr@sollu.in with the subject line “Full Stack Software Engineer | [Your Name]” Let’s build the future of healthcare communication — together.
