Job Description/Overview:

Skills and Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in taxation.

- Proficiency in Tally and Excel.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

- Proven experience in handling tax compliance, filings, and audits.

- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in a service industry is highly Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the taxation department.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Conduct regular internal audits to identify and address potential issues.

- Provide guidance and training to team members on tax-related matters.

- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.

- Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic tax planning advice.

- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and update internal policies accordingly.

- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Assist in the development and implementation of tax-efficient strategies.

- Effectively communicate complex tax issues to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
