We are hiring aPerformance Systems Engineerwith strong expertise inengine performance ,thermodynamic modeling , andaero-thermal systems . This role is central to the design, analysis, and validation ofgas turbine performance , supporting both new product development and in-service engine support.Key Responsibilities: Performengine performance analysisusingthermodynamic modelsandaero-thermal simulations . Integratesub-system predictionsintosystem-level performance modelsfor propulsion systems. Support and analyzeengine performance verification tests , including test planning, execution, and reporting. Maintain and developperformance modeling tools ,data sets , andsimulation environments . Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingcontrols ,operability ,systems , andhardware designto solve technical challenges. Deliver technical packages aligned with project milestones, cost, and quality requirements. Providein-service engine support , including diagnostics and performance troubleshooting. Promotecontinuous improvementin performance engineering tools, methods, and processes. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.Technical Skills Required: Strong experience inthermodynamic cycle modeling ,engine performance prediction , andaero-thermal analysis . Familiarity with tools such asNPSS ,Python ,MATLAB , or similar for performance modeling and data analytics. Understanding ofgas turbine physics ,system operability , andtransient behavior . Experience withengine testing ,data acquisition , andperformance validation . Knowledge ofsystem engineering principles ,robust design , andrequirements management . Excellent communication and documentation skills.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inMechanical ,Aerospace , orThermal Engineering . 3–10 years of experience inengine performance engineering ,thermodynamic modeling , oraero systems . Experience ingas turbine performance ,propulsion systems , oraerospace product developmentis preferred.
