About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and innovativePhysics Teacherto join our team at AeroBAY. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in teaching theIB Curriculumfor Grades 8–10 and a strong interest in integratingSTEAM-based learninginto classroom teaching. The teacher will also play a key role in delivering and embedding theAeroBAY STEAM Programme , ensuring students gain both academic excellence and practical exposure to science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Key ResponsibilitiesTeachIB Physics curriculumto students of Grades 8, 9, and 10. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrateAeroBAY STEAM Programmemodules. Foster inquiry-based and experiential learning aligned withIB pedagogy . Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity. Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and projects. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary projects and hands-on learning experiences. Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and development. Stay updated with current educational methodologies, IB standards, and STEAM best practices. Participate in school events, workshops, and teacher training programs. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree inPhysics, Education, or related field . Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience(preferably in IB schools). IB-trained or experiencedteacher strongly preferred. Strong knowledge ofIB MYP/DP Physics curriculum(Grades 8–10 level). Experience in implementingSTEAM-based teaching methodologies . Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students through innovative and practical learning. Collaborative mindset and openness to integrating new teaching tools and technologies.
