Join a team that’s redefining how people and machines communicate.We’re building advanced Conversational AI platforms and intelligent automation systems that power the next generation of AI-driven contact centers, enterprise assistants, and government service platforms.As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll architect the backbone of these systems — building real-time applications that connect speech AI, large language models, and data intelligence into one seamless user experience.This is not a typical web dev role — it’s full-stack engineering at the edge of AI innovation. You’ll work with real-time speech streaming, LLM pipelines, and GPU-powered infrastructures that push what’s technically possible.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain web and admin dashboards (React/Next.js, FastAPI/Django) for AI agent management, live call analytics, and data visualizations. - Develop secure, scalable backend APIs for LLM, speech AI, and CRM integrations. - Work with AI and Speech teams to integrate voice, NLP, and RAG pipelines into user-facing systems. - Optimize real-time systems for low-latency AI interactions and concurrent user loads. - Collaborate with DevOps for continuous integration and deployment across cloud and on-prem GPU servers. - Ensure strong code quality, modularity, and security through best practices and automated testing.Preferred Project Experience- Minimum 4 years development 4+ ye - ars of hands-on experience thriving in demanding, fast-moving project settings where precision and speed matterBuilt - scalable AI-enabled web apps or SaaS tools in production.Integ - rated LLM APIs, speech models, or vector databases in live environments.Exper - ience with real-time streaming (WebSockets, WebRTC) and async event-driven systems.Deplo - yed in hybrid setups (AWS/Azure + on-prem GPU servers).Minimum Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.Preferred Qualification- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or AI Systems Development. - Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or Full-Stack Development. - Advanced coursework or experience in distributed systems or AI integrations.Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive, self-starter with a passion for building impactful AI solutions.
