Position: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Powai

Years of experience: 2-5 years

Qualification: MBA Finance


Job responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Modeling - Conduct financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, assess ROI, and support decision-making processes for new data center projects. Develop financial models to forecast project costs, revenue projections, and potential risks.
  • Taxation Strategies - Stay updated with relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies for data center projects. Collaborate with tax advisors to develop tax-efficient structures for investments and operations.
  • Funding Management - Assist in identifying funding sources and evaluating financing options for new projects. Manage relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders to secure financing for expansion initiatives.
  • Business Plan Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business plans for new data center projects, including financial projections, risk assessment, and market analysis. Support the Head of Expansion in presenting business plans to senior management and potential investors.
  • Strategic Initiatives - Analyze potential joint venture opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions in the data center industry. Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation assessments for strategic partnerships and M&A transactions.
  • Reporting and Communication - Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project financial performance, milestones, and risks.


Qualification & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment management, or corporate finance, preferably in the technology or real estate sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations related to investments and operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
