Position Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior Business & Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between raw data and impactful business storytelling. This is a hands-on, high-agency role that requires both analytical rigor and the ability to communicate insights that drive action.
- You'll work across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to:
- Extract, analyze, and interpret operational and AI performance data from customer systems (EHRs, CRMs, telephony).
- Build compelling narratives around business impact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create scalable, templatized analytics processes for pre-go-live, post-go-live, and longitudinal analyses.
- This is not a "just make dashboards" role - we're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, asks the right questions, and digs into edge cases to get to the truth.
Key & Product Analytics:
- Partner with forward-deployed engineers to analyze customer operations pre-implementation and post-implementation.
- Identify high-impact workflows, quantify efficiency gains, and monitor AI performance.
- Investigate edge cases and 2nd/3rd order effects in data to ensure accurate, context-rich analysis.
Business Storytelling:
- Transform analysis into clear, actionable narratives for Customer Success to showcase ROI and value delivery.
- Create case studies, performance summaries, and insights for internal and external audiences
- Process & Tooling
- Develop repeatable, templatized analysis processes to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency across customers.
- Work with Engineering to improve data accessibility and automate recurring analytics tasks
Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Act as the analytical "glue" between Product, Engineering, and CX.
- Mentor junior analysts on rigor, context-building, and business thinking
Required Qualifications:
- 3-6 years in a business analyst or data analyst role with demonstrated business storytelling.
- Strong experience in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining efficient and scalable data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources
- Proven track record of identifying and solving problems without step-by-step instructions.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a B2B environment.
- Comfort with ambiguous, high-ownership startup settings.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to EHR, CRM, or telephony datasets.
- Background in B2C analytics with transferable customer empathy skills.
- Ability to work with conversational AI transcripts and extract business insights.
