We are currently accepting applications for an Accounts Receivable Assistant at our office in Bengaluru.


Primary Job Duty:

Ø Assist with weekly invoicing for various partners within the firm.

Ø Analyze old outstanding WIP and make necessary reclasses and adjustments.

Ø Prepare and present invoices for issuance for partner approval.

Ø Revise invoices as requested by partner/billing managers.

Ø Issue and distribute approved invoices.

Ø Provide office PICs weekly report of billing for their cost center.

Ø Update/maintain client billing account set up.

Ø Update client addresses and contacts as needed.

Ø Resolve any billing issues such as transferring misposted WIP between clients.

Ø Perform client or job clean ups as needed.

Ø Communicate with clients pertaining to billing as needed.

  • Graduation in Commerce/Business Management
  • 2 to 5 years accounting practice billing experience
  • Strong excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formatting, sorting, sum, etc)
  • Ability to clearly communicate with partner team
  • Organized, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills a must
  • Ability to meet weekly deadlines
  • Candidates from consulting background preferred.
