DevOps Specialist

Required Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform
• Use tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps Pipelines and other related tools on other cloud platforms to build end-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git to manage source code repositories.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Basic understanding of deploying applications using Containers and Container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Working experience on any of the three major cloud platforms i.e., AWS/Azure/GCP

Required Non-Tech Stack

• Understanding of code optimization and security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to analyze problems and quickly develop effective and actionable strategies.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Exercises independent judgment to determine the best course of action within established practices and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deploy software applications.
• Responsible for automating the application build and deployment for scale.
• Effectively collaborate with business team to get the cloud services required to build scalable solutions on cloud.
• Basic understanding of deploying containerised applications at scale using Docker and Kubernetes
