Job Title: Account Manager - IT Staffing.
Location: Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office, 5 days).
About the Role:
We are looking for a client-facing Account Manager to own and grow key accounts for Softpixel.
The role requires strong relationship management, business development, and operational coordination to ensure smooth delivery and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships: onboarding, delivery, escalations.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts with new roles/skills.
- Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams to meet hiring needs (TAT within 15 days).
- Ensure timely invoicing, PO renewals, and payment collections.
- Track account performance, share reports, and drive client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years' experience in account management / client servicing (preferably IT staffing/consulting).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple clients and roles.
- Good understanding of invoicing, contracts, and compliance.
