Job Profile :

To improve the safety performance level, maintain safe working environment in the plant with no Occupational health issues. Ensure and carryout the day to day HSE operations in the plant.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.To meet yearly statutory compliances applicable to safety.

2. Organizing training programmes for improving the awareness level on safety.

3. Responsible for leading, motivating and guiding the employees and contractors towards safe working practices. Capable of identifying and nurturing talents and grooming the employees for the growth of individuals as well as organization towards safety performance improvement.

4. Carryout multidisciplinary supporting role with colleagues across a number of functions, including operations, maintenance (both mechanical, electrical and instrumentation), purchasing, HR, QC/QA, R&D, administration and accounts.

5. Knowledge on safety systems like BSC, DSS+

6. Good Knowledge on safety permit systems like Hight work, hot work, vessel entry permit


Exposure on chemical industry.

Ready to relocate Mettur / Hosur.

Location : Mettur, Salem / Berigai (Near Hosur)
