GreetingsTCS is hiring...Role: Network Support SMEEXP: 7-10 YEARSLOCATION: HyderabadJob DescriptionShould have strong troubleshooting and implementation knowledge of Cisco ISE technologyResponsibilities:- Create Operational Related report Weekly or daily basis - Team building and training/coaching team members Participate in team projects and project/technology transition. - Coordinate network or design activities with designers of associated networks. - Develop and implement solutions for network problems - Develop conceptual, logical, or physical network designs - Develop network-related documentation. - Develop or recommend network security measures, such as Cisco ISE, Wireless Network, network security audits, or automated security probes - Evaluate network designs to determine whether customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively. - Participate in network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including installation of hardware and software and integration testing. - Participate in team projects and project/technology transition - Identify and resolve chronic issues. Help team to Create RCA whether you have been involved directly or indirectly - Experience in Hybrid Datacentres. Advanced troubleshooting skills within a data center or large enterprise network - Team player with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; - Should have knowledge of Cisco ISE RADIUS and TACACS related configuration, as well as posture and profiling services - Should have knowledge of ISE distributed deployment in a working environment, as well as guest portal and BYOD device portal related configuration. - Should have knowledge on Cisco ISE pxGrid node configuration and troubleshooting - Excellent professional communication skills in English., client focused and mindset to deliver value to our clients
