Sr Generative AI Specialist

We are currently seeking a Sr Generative AI Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

JD : Job Title : Senior Generative AI Specialist ( 7+)About the Role :We’re looking for a visionary Senior Generative AI Specialist to who can work as niche programmer to integrate & automate the Contact Center integration and drive the automation around agent assist. The candidate should have good understanding of Data Science, and different aspects related to Data sampling strategies to group the unstructured data. This involves using algorithms to analyze data, identify patterns, and build or tune models around that. Key aspects include understanding different learning paradigms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement), data preprocessing, model selection and evaluation, and the iterative nature of model refinement & evaluation.The candidate to work with structured and unstructured data to narrow on the data samples – for training, test etc -- , process the data programmatically and integrate with LLM to unlock the full potential of advancement in generative ai technologies in banking use cases.Responsibilities Dive Data-driven insights by sampling the data using different strategies like Supervised & un-Supervised leading, reinforcement, deep learning etc.Programmatically -- using Python -- pre & post process the data - involves cleaning, transforming, and preparing the data for use in machine learning modelsIntegrating the processed data with generative AI models to deliver business use casesProvide technical leadership and oversight to developers engaged in Python, model integration and data samplingSkill: Strong Python programming skills, including data manipulation with libraries like Pandas, NumPy and scikit-learnSound knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorchWorking exposure in the framework like Langchain, Langraph for integrating with large language modelsExposure of working with LLM offering – Google Model garden, Amazon Bedrock etc -- from one of the cloud provider – Google, AWS, Azure etcProficient in prompt engineering and understand different strategies like zero-shot, Chain-Of-Thought etcStrong knowledge of Data science and different sampling techniques to derive the data subset and draw conclusionsPreferred: Experience in working with Gemeni and Vertex StudioIndustry certification in Python or in the field of Data science
