Job Title: SailPoint Developer Location:[Remote, India] Employment Type:[Contract] About the Role We are seeking a highly skilledSailPoint Developer[Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ] to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SailPoint’s SaaS-based Identity Security platform, with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions. This role requires in-depth technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and the capability to lead and support large-scale identity projects. Key Responsibilities -Identity Security Cloud Developer: Design, develop, and implement IAM and IGA solutions usingSailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud . Configure and onboard authoritative sources (HR systems, Web Services, AD/LDAP, Cloud apps and Custom Apps). Integrate business and technical applications includingActive Directory, Databases, SaaS platforms, Web Services-based applicationsandServiceNow Develop and maintainconnectors, rules, workflows, provisioning policies, certification campaigns, and lifecycle events . Supportaccess reviews, access request workflows, role management, and compliance reporting . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity profiles, transforms, lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases of IAM projects.Key Responsibilities for IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer: Design, develop, and implement IAM and IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Configure and onboard authoritative sources (HR systems, Web Services, AD/LDAP, Cloud apps and Custom Apps). Integrate business and technical applications including Active Directory, Databases, SaaS platforms, Web Services-based applications and ServiceNow Develop and maintain connectors, Customer Rules, Customer workflows, provisioning policies, certification campaigns, and lifecycle events. Access reviews, Exclusion rules, Access request workflows, Role management, and Compliance reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Rules, Workflows, Application Servers, Tasks, JML, Provisioning, and Access governance. Participate inrequirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phasesof IAM projects. Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and containerized environments.Required Skills & Qualifications 6 plus yearsof experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) 5 plus yearsof hands-on development experience withSailPoint Strong knowledge ofIdentity lifecycle management, Access provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, and Governance . Expertise in developing withJava, Beanshell, XML, REST APIs, PowerShell, and scripting languages . Experience integrating with cloud and on-prem applications such asAzure AD, Office 365, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms . Solid understanding ofauthentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and privileged access concepts . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications SailPoint Engineer or Professional Certification.
