Job Description

As a Recruitment consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who are eager to start or advance their career in executive search. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with high-caliber candidates and supporting our senior consultants in the execution of search mandates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., databases, social media, networking, and referrals) to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability, including phone and video interviews.
  • Client Interaction: Assist in preparing candidate profiles and presentations for client review.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and company research to support search assignments.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and current information.
  • Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordination: Schedule interviews and meetings, ensuring effective communication between clients and candidates.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior consultants and clients on the status of search assignments.


Key Skills and Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university or college.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Engagement Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of recruitment software/tools.
