About You


Are you a seasoned DevOps professional with a passion for building scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions? We're looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our dynamic team in designing and implementing state-of-the-art infrastructure strategies.


Position Overview


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker, while leveraging your expertise in Linux and CI/CD pipelines to drive our operations forward. Your strong understanding of database management systems, especially Postgres, will be vital in architecting robust solutions.

Responsibilities


  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI for automated testing, building, and deployment.
  • Implement monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic, and set up alerting systems for performance issues.
  • Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure, including AWS and on-prem data centers, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, overseeing coaching and performance management.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.


What We Are Looking for


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience of DevOps engineering and team management experience.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.
  • Strong background in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, particularly Postgres.
  • Experience with both cloud (AWS) and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools, especially Prometheus.
