Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Quality Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative product development team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality of software products by creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with software engineers to resolve issues. 


Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute tests to identify and fix software issues. This includes regression testing, negative testing, and software compatibility tests.
  • Review software documentation and test results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Use a bug-tracking system to document defects and report them to developers.
  • Create test plans and schedules, and participate in product design reviews.
  • Ensure that products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.
  • Work with other teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for the end users.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in software testing tools and techniques
  • Experience with test automation and scripting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with software development concepts and technologies.
  • Certification(s) in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) or related fields is a plus.
