Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead, manage, and oversee our key software projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that goals are met within set timeframes and budgets while ensuring high-quality deliveries and client satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders, manage teams, and drive successful project outcomes.Key Lead project teams, delegating tasks and offering guidance for seamless execution.- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks or issues promptly.- Quickly grasp and align with business requirements.- Prepare exact and detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Requirement Specification documents (RSD).- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project needs.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.- Offer insights to development teams to meet client business needs during project phases.Required Skills and Proven track record in project management, consistently delivering on time and within budget.- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and aligning team members.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Similar.- Solid understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
