About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

- You will play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across various channels, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

- You will possess a strong understanding of various digital marketing disciplines and be able to wear multiple hats to create, manage, and optimize our online Management & Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

- Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.

- Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.

- Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns for better results.

Content Creation & Management:

- Create engaging and informative content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing goals.

- Manage content calendars and schedules across various digital platforms.

- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and messaging.

Social Media Strategy & Management:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive online conversations.

- Manage and curate brand presence on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

- Create and schedule engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.

SEO & PPC Management:

- Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs).

- Manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website and generate leads.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and PPC trends and algorithms.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities using analytics tools.

- Generate comprehensive reports to measure marketing ROI and communicate key insights to stakeholders.

- Use data insights to inform future digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.

- Strong understanding of various digital marketing disciplines (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing).

- Excellent analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.

- Experience with content creation tools and platforms (e.g, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools).

- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach.

- Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
