Take ownership of technical excellence, mentoring, and process improvement within the development team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver .NET Core-based Web API solutions with RDBMS or NoSQL backends.Review pull requests (PRs) and ensure code quality, coverage, and compliance with coding standards.Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.Work on REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with architects to define solution/technical architecture.Produce technical documentation, including design and process specifications.Mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and agile principles.Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and lead them in the absence of a Scrum Master.Troubleshoot, test, and maintain applications for performance optimization.Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and task management.Continuously explore and pilot new technologies for team upskilling.Technical SkillsMandatory:Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework CoreExcellent command of object-oriented design, design patterns, and LINQExperience integrating various databases and data sourcesHands-on experience with CI/CD tools and static code analyzersFamiliarity with GIT, SVN, and agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ConfluenceGood to Have:Front-end experience with Angular or ReactJSExperience with Blazor and ASP.NET IdentityExposure to microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – e.g., AWS Lambda, SNS, Azure Functions)Understanding of identity providers such as IdentityServer, Auth0, or KeycloakShare cv to malu@talentbasket.in
