Job Title: No-code Solutions Analyst for Life Science & Manufacturing (Unifize)

Location: Bangalore (this is a full-time, in-office role, not a remote position)

Salary range: 16L to 30L per annum

Note: Our customers are in the US so this may require you to work non-standard hours and travel occasionally.

The Role:

- As a No-code Solutions Analyst at Unifize, you'll use our platform to solve our clients' most burning problems using our no-code process builder.

- This job requires a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks (eg ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA 21CFR 820, etc.) and of knowledge processes (eg. document management, non-conformance handling, procurement, design controls, risk analysis, etc.) and the skills to simplify complex workflows into efficient, compliant digital solutions on Unifize.

- You will maintain demonstrable solutions to these workflows, including organizing and managing documentation about them

- You will be reporting directly into the founding team and working out of our office in Bangalore. This role may involve travel as our customers are all located in the United States and configuration:

- Innovate Processes: Figure out clients' specific regulatory and workflow challenges to adapt the Unifize platform for fast and controlled solutions that encourage ongoing improvement.

- Template Creation: Build and enhance solution templates to grow our solutions library, supporting our mission to ease collaborative processes.

- Demonstration: Conduct demos or create videos of the solution and specifically how it solves customer pain points.

- Create Documentation: Write product and solution documentation that can be used as an input to the Sales & Marketing teams for creating assets.

- Onboarding: Create user guides and

- Continuous improvement: Maintain and improve templates and documentation for easy of use and deployment.

- Gap analysis: Continuously identify solution and product gaps based on customer feedback and competitor analysis. Work with product managers and engineers to solve gaps in workflows.

- Customer Collaboration: Directly engage with clients to understand their needs, driving change that aligns with our goal of flexible collaboration.

- Internal Synergy: Work closely with product and marketing teams to help in creating solution guides and marketing materials that represent Unifize's mission and values.

- Strategic Alignment: Make sure all activities align with Unifize's strategic goals, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and measurable Bachelor's degree in a technical field (eg Computer Science, Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering) or business (MBA or related),

- At least 5 years experience in life sciences or a related regulated industry or in a service business that has supplied quality software or services. Note that work experience with solid achievements are given preference over educational background.

- Manufacturing experience a plus

- Software implementation a plus

- Entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus

- History of traveling to the US is a plus

- Solid understanding of regulatory standards, at least as they apply to QMS software (e.g., ISO 13485, Part 11, ISO 9001, CFR Parts 210 & 211), and the ability to navigate these within the context of process improvement.

- Demonstrated experience in technical business analysis, ideally within the life science sector or similar regulated industries.

- Exceptional customer engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into tangible solutions.

- Familiarity with no-code platforms and an appreciation for the principles of continuous innovation and iterative design.

- Exceptional technical documentation and/or content writing skills
