Integrate CRM with external systems usingAzure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus , andbatch jobs . Handlesolution movementacross development, UAT, and production environments ensuring version control and integrity. Manageperformance tuning, optimization, and monitoringfor CRM applications. UtilizeAzure Log AnalyticsandApplication Insightsfor diagnostics and issue tracking. Debug and resolve issues at bothfront-end(JavaScript, portals) andback-end(plugins, workflows) layers. Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Preparetechnical documentationfor customizations, integrations, and deployment processes.
