We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing and deploying AI solutions using cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), deep learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs.

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines to improve response quality and contextual relevance.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into applications.

- Conduct fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering for task-specific model outputs.

- Implement scalable AI/ML workflows using cloud-based infrastructure and MLOps tools.

- Monitor performance and continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and safety.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development with at least 12 years in GenAI / LLMs.

- Proficient in Python, ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP tools.

- Experience with LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, etc.

- Strong grasp of Prompt Engineering and few-shot/zero-shot learning.

- Experience building RAG architectures using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

- Knowledge of AI Agents and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, etc.

- Solid understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
