Role Overview:We are seeking a performance-driven Ads Manager to handle advertising across e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive visibility, traffic, and sales.You will serve as the key liaison between the agency, the client, and the quick-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless coordination, execution of marketing plans, and achievement of sales KPIsKey Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns onAmazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit. Analyze campaign data to improve ROI and lower ACoS. Develop advertising strategies aligned with brand objectives and seasonal trends. Collaborate with category and design teams to develop impactful ad creatives and product communication. Track ad budgets, performance metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad tools, and best practices.Requirements:Relevantexperience in marketplace or quick commerce ad management. Strong analytical skills with proficiency inExcel and campaign dashboards . Hands-on experience withAmazon Advertising Consoleor equivalent ad platforms. Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously. A results-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
