Your expertise in Databricks and Azure technologies will be instrumental in driving data initiatives and ensuring seamless integration across projects. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's objectives by delivering data-driven insights and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the data solutions stream within the program, ensuring timely and quality delivery of data components. - Oversee the development and execution of data solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. - Collaborate with other teams to ensure end-to-end data solution integration. - Create and maintain essential project documentation, including solution design, interface contracts, data model design, and technical documents. - Provide guidance and technical advice to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Manage stakeholder expectations and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine requirements, identify risks, and address technical challenges.SKILL REQUIREMENTS - Subject Matter Expert (SME) level experience in Cloud Engineering, specifically with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Delta Lake, and UnityCatalog. - Proficiency in Python, Spark, and PySpark programming. - In-depth knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, data integration, business intelligence tools and Azure DevOps - Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving data initiatives in large-scale projects. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. OTHER REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL) - Databricks Certified Data Engineer certification. - Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer certification.
