Role Summary:

The Planning and Budgeting Manager will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and cost management processes for luxury residential projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the luxury real estate sector, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Development & Management:

- Lead the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial constraints.

- Monitor and control project expenditures, identifying and addressing variances promptly.

- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates and financial forecasts.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess project feasibility and profitability.

- Prepare and present regular financial reports, highlighting key metrics and variances.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Cost Control & Optimization:

- Implement cost control measures to minimize expenses and maximize value.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or project timelines.

- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.

- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project goals and financial targets.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.
