You will feel right at home, if you love wearing multiple creative hats, thrive in fast-moving environments, and get energized by solving problems through clever, thoughtful design.What You Will Be DoingWe are scaling fast - 50+ brands, 300+ projects, and we are just getting warmed up With big plans for 2026 and beyond, we are building a top-tier Tech Creative Design Agency globally.And now, we are bringing on talented graphic designers to fuel this next chapter — ideally someone who can jump in and get started by January 2026 (or sooner).This role is not one-note. You will dive into brand systems, marketing collateral, whitepapers, presentations, trade-show creatives, infographics, and everything it takes to help tech brands communicate with confidence and clarity.You will be a great fit if you:• Aim to grow, pick things up fast, and don’t wait to be told what to do• Think beyond the task in front of you and love cracking complex, layered design challenges• Take ownership like it’s yours, not because someone askedWhat You Bring• 2–5 years of hands-on graphic design experience• Strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint (yep, these ones are non-negotiable)• A solid design foundation across layouts, typography, and visual storytelling for digital + print• Strong English communication skills• Curious, learning-driven attitude - always exploring, iterating, and pushing your craft forward• A founder’s mindsetBonus brownie points if you can also:• Create UI in Figma • Edit videos or throw in some motion magic • Use AI tools as your creative sidekickCompensation & Work Model -• Salary: 7.5 LPA• Hybrid work setup• You must be based in Bangalore (or moving here)Join us and build one of the fastest-growing creative teams in tech.
