Product Manager- Insurance: Location Hyderabad

·        Execution of strategy (as laid out by HO team) at branch level in team work with the sales team.

·        Support sales team across channels in end to end sales process .

·        Generate a buy-in for the RnR and sales contest through regular communication at the branch level

·        Champion the sales campaign /drives launched by HO

·        Achievement of business numbers and persistency

·        Work closely with the sales teams to provide product expertise and support in client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.

·        Assist in developing customized product solutions to meet the specific needs of clients and prospects.

·        Identify the help support items at local level and resolve them

·        Provide market intelligence to the HO team

·        Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, training materials, and sales collateral.

·        Ensure that marketing collateral is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.

·        Engage with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to life & General insurance products



Preferred Skill Set:


·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

·        Strong understanding of life &General insurance products.

·        Person with experience in selling Insurance in Business Banking set up would be preferred


Candidate Profile:


·        Bachelor's degree or above

·        Location – Hyderabad

·        Should not be a job hopper.
