- Maintain comprehensive and precise financial records using industry-leading accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Netsuite to ensure transparency and accuracy.


- Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial transactions to detect and resolve discrepancies.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment collections and disbursements to maintain healthy cash flow.

- Oversee payroll processing ensuring accurate computation, deductions, and timely salary disbursements in compliance with relevant laws.

- Prepare and file sales tax returns and 1099 forms, adhering to statutory deadlines and regulations to avoid Financial Statement Preparation & Review:

- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and other applicable accounting standards.

- Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying trends or anomalies that require attention.

- Work closely with clients and cross-functional internal teams to address and rectify any discrepancies or unusual entries found in the financial statements.

- Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to assist clients in making informed business Tax Returns Processing:


- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for a variety of entities, including corporations, partnerships, and individuals, ensuring full compliance with IRS and state tax regulations.


- Conduct detailed reviews of tax returns to verify correctness, completeness, and compliance with the latest tax laws and guidelines.

- Stay updated with continuous changes in tax legislation and regulations, applying new knowledge to optimize tax planning and compliance.

- Assist clients in developing effective tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize financial benefits.

- Liaise with tax authorities as required to resolve any queries or audits, providing necessary documentation and Candidate A solid background with 3 to 10 years of progressive experience in US accounting and direct tax services, preferably in an outsourcing or consultancy In-depth understanding of US tax provisions, especially ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes), tax compliance, and reporting Proficiency: Advanced skills in accounting and tax software such as QuickBooks Online/Desktop (QBO/QBD), Xero, Netsuite, Drake, Lacerte, Ultratax, Proseries, CCH Axcess,

Bill.com, Jetpack, and Gusto, enabling efficient management of financial data and tax Skills: Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records, tax filings, and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and tax authorities, and to clearly explain complex financial Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions in dynamic and deadline-driven Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and tax law changes through continuous learning.
