Key Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Development : Develop and maintain web applications using Python frameworks (Django/Flask) for the backend and JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue.js) for the frontend.

- Architect Solutions : Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals and improve system performance.

- Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable code, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to industry standards.

- Database Management : Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and security.

- API Development : Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Performance Optimization : Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

- Agile Collaboration : Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and delivery.

- Mentorship : Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications :

Experience : 7-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on Python.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask).

- Front-end technologies : JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

- Experience with modern JS frameworks (React, Vue.js).

- Databases : Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- API Knowledge : Strong experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Version Control : Familiarity with Git.

- Problem Solving : Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
