JOB TITLE: QA/QC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a high level of focus on health, safety, and the environment. Ensuring safety within all integrity activities.
• Manage facility-wide Asset Integrity Management programs and related engineering support activities in a timely manner for all manufacturing operations.
• Ensure appropriate integrity standards, procedures and specifications are in place for the assets.
• Develop a systematic, comprehensive, and integrated approach to proactively counter the threats to pipeline and equipment integrity.
• Participate in developing a detailed Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensure its availability.
• Manage the major shutdown inspection scope selection and implementation with shutdown planning group.
• Ensure that all work is carried out with good quality cost and budget control processes.
• Carry out / provide input into corrosion studies, risk and asset integrity studies, technical audits, conceptual design, and engineering changes.
• Tracking of all action items generated from C1MS or any audit.
• Monthly meetings with all internal and external stakeholders - arranging and minuting the meeting and related follow-up.
• Raise KAIZENs to improve the technical things in maintenance activities.
• Proactively to be involved in running SGA or FIP projects to complete successfully and in time.
• Engineer responsibility to motivate his team to involve SGA & FIP projects and support to complete their projects in time.
• Able to define protocols and cost-effective changes which can lead safe improvement of system.
• External and Internal Inspection of various static equipment like PV, Tanks, Heat-Exchangers, Piping, Safety relief devices, Structural both in-service and in-construction. RBI implementation.
• To prepare annual work planning and budgeting / forecasting to adhere to technical integrity assurance.
• To have suitable hands-on ability for various NDT techniques, Knowledge of welding and control, Hydrotest & Pneumatic tests witnessing and other associated Inspection issues.
• Capable to control inspection service contractors.
• To have some basic minimum idea about the processing of root cause analysis and failure studies.
• Management Presentation and external presentation.

Essential Qualification & Skills:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in technical & administrative roles in Oil & Gas Sector (Upstream, Refinery, Fertilizers) in the field of Inspection & Corrosion / Integrity/Engineering / Reliability Services.
• Full time B.E Mechanical or Metallurgy
• Basic working knowledge on upstream Oil & Gas Operations.
• Knowledge of Local statutory requirements & Inspection Task & frequency
• Carry out / provide input into corrosion studies, risk and asset integrity studies, technical audits, conceptual design, and engineering changes.
• Manage the major shutdown inspection scope selection and implementation with shutdown planning group.
• Ensure that all work is carried out with good quality cost and budget control processes.
• Salary Budget is 10 LPA to 13 LPA
