We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the organization. The CFO will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, compliance, and capital management while acting as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in corporate finance, leadership, and driving sustainable growth.


  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support long-term business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team on financial performance and growth opportunities.
  • Lead mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and investor relations activities.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, profitability, and cost structures.
  • Provide regular performance reports and variance analysis to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
  • Optimize capital structure and financing arrangements.
  • Build relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and compliance teams.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency across finance functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
