Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or contribute to the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end Mendix applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5-6 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Mendix.

- Must have delivered at least one full-cycle Mendix application, from development to deployment.

- Proficient in data modelling, understanding of relational data structures, and microflows/nanoflows.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.

- Solid understanding of client-server communication, application performance, and integration

mechanisms.

- Prior experience in a Scrum/Agile team environment.

- Familiarity with standard enterprise tools and technologies used in integration and application development.

Nice to Have :

- Mendix certifications (e.g., Rapid Developer, Intermediate Developer, Advanced Developer).

- Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs, version control systems, and external system integration.

- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design frameworks.
