Role Type:Integration Lead _ ESB / API Gateway / WebLogic Domain:OSS/BSS Transformation Programs Experience:10–15 yearsRole Summary We are seeking an experiencedIntegration & Middleware leadto design, implement, and optimize enterprise integration solutions usingOracle SOA Suite ,OSB , andAPI Gateway (11g/12c) . You will play a critical role in our OSS/BSS transformation initiatives, driving integration strategies and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance middleware architectures.Key Responsibilities Architect and deploySOA SuiteandAPI Gatewaydomains for enterprise-grade integrations. Define and implementESB/API design blueprintsaligning with organizational IT strategy. Design and managepolicies for security ,traffic control , andmessage transformation . Automate deployments usingWLST ,Ansible , or CI/CD tools. Administer and optimizeWebLogic Server , including tuning JVMs, thread pools, and connection pools. Manage and rotatecertificates, keys , and other credentials ensuring compliance with security standards (e.g.,SSL, mTLS, OAuth2 ). Create and maintain documentation such asgateway policy configurationsanddeployment artifacts . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end integration delivery across OSS and BSS domains.Technical Skills Required Oracle Middleware Stack : Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Oracle API Gateway Protocols & Messaging : REST, SOAP, WSDL JSON, XML, XSLT Platform Administration : WebLogic Server (JVM tuning, thread/connection pool tuning) WLST scripting Security : SSL, mTLS, OAuth2, SAML Certificate/key lifecycle management Automation & DevOps : Ansible, Shell scripting Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines
