The role involves managing a cross-functional team of 25+ members, ensuring seamless integration of on-premise and cloud systems, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple modules Coordinate efforts across a25-member cross-functional team , includingdevelopers, QA engineers, BAs, and DevOps . Oversee and manage bothon-premise serversandcloud infrastructure (GCP)for application hosting and scaling. Ensure timely and quality delivery usingAgile methodologies , utilizingJirafor sprint planning, tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and manage expectations. Work closely with engineering teams proficient in.NET Core, React JS, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDBto ensure technical feasibility and performance. Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines usingGitand other DevOps tools. Integrate and supervise the development ofAI modulesin alignment with loan risk scoring, predictive collections, or customer profiling. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, project plans, and post-implementation reviews.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably inFinTech or banking software domains . Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise systems, especially inLoan Lifecycle Management . Strong understanding ofAgile/Scrum , Jira, and Git workflows. Exposure toGCP (Google Cloud Platform)andon-prem server architecture . Familiarity with tech stack:.NET Core, React JS, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDB . Knowledge of integratingAI modulesinto enterprise applications. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification. Prior experience in regulatory-compliant financial applications. Exposure to mobile application development lifecycle and deployment. Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.
