The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media presence of our clients across platforms, with a strong focus on engagement, growth, and brand voice.Roles & Responsibilities:Create and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with brand and business goalsDevelop and manage a monthly social media content calendarAnalyze social media performance data and refine strategies for improved reach and engagementStay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practicesCollaborate closely with content writers and the designing team for consistent messagingDo industry and competitor research to maintain content relevanceMonitor social media platforms, manage community interactions, and respond in a timely mannerRequirements:2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy development, content planning, and execution.Ability to analyze insights and translate data into actionable improvementsKnowledge of Meta Ads and other social media advertising platforms is an added advantageExcellent communication, creativity, and coordination skillsLocation: Guwahati, Assam (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-time
