- Strong knowledge on UNIX, Wintel operating systems

- Strong background on the Unix with scripting (Unix Shell, perl, phyton,)

- Strong knowledge of security and Risk Configuration.

- Experience on Cloud Technology support is a plus

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced WebSphere Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server environments.

Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain WebSphere Application Server environments across various platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix).

- Perform application deployments, updates, and troubleshooting.

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of WebSphere environments.

- Implement security measures to protect WebSphere infrastructure.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.

- Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.

- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and policies.

- Stay updated with the latest WebSphere technologies and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a WebSphere Administrator or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing IBM WebSphere Application Server.

- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

- Familiarity with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
