Job Description:


You may be the ideal candidate if you have good experience in:


  • Maintaining development interface agreement (DIA) with customers
  • Creating and maintaining project safety plan in alignment with project management and engineering departments according to development process
  • Preparing functional safety concept and technical safety concept
  • Derivation of safety requirements from safety concept
  • Defining safety strategies for random hardware failure
  • Defining system safe states and its transition and perform failure analysis for interfaces
  • Leading functional safety meetings with customer
  • Performing quantitative FTA to derive the system failure rate to meet random hardware failure safety target ISO26262 processes as per the ASIL level of product in development
  • Preparing and reviewing test case specification for functional safety validation
  • Interfacing between customer safety organization and engineering departments for safety related activities
  • Escalating and de-escalating project related issues pertaining to safety Compilation of safety case
  • HARA and DFMEA -> System, Hardware, and Software (at least any one)
  • ISO26262 processes as per part 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8
  • Functional safety validation
  • System – ASIL B, C, or D
  • Automotive systems development life cycle


Educational Qualifications - B.E. - ECE/EEE/CSE/IT

Technical Skills:

  • FSC/TSC/HARA/DFMEA/FTA/ISO26262/FUSA/ASIL/Medini/Silcal/IBM DOORS
  • FuSA ISO 26262 – Certification (added advantage)
