Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to meet performance objectives such as lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and strategies to optimize performance.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to achieve optimal performance and ROI.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly spend and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the content, design, and analytics teams to create impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
- Provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders and offer actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
- Research and identify new opportunities for growth and channel expansion.
Tools & Platforms Expertise:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Work with marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and audience segmentation
