Simplify Complex Topics: Translate insurance-related concepts into clear, accessible, and customer-friendly language. Thought Leadership Support: Assist in drafting long-form articles, blogs, and white papers that reflect industry insights and brand expertise. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals. Content Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of content strategies and editorial calendars under the guidance of senior team members. SEO & Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and performance across search engines and social media. Quality & Consistency: Maintain high standards of grammar, tone, and style across all written materials. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor content to inform writing and ideation. Project Coordination: Manage multiple content requests, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to briefs.Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing. Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content formats. Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content performance metrics. Experience with content management systems (CMS), project tracking tools, and editorial workflows is a plus4-5 years of content creation experience, preferably from new-age brands, make-up/fashion industry, fast commerce, or app-first non-BFSI segment.
