Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up machines (CNC/VMC/HMC) based on job instructions and tooling requirements.
  • Good operating and setting knowledge in VMC, HMC & HBM Makino & Doosan machines.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
  • Load tools and fixtures and adjust machine parameters to meet part specifications.
  • Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure machine operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the machine and work area.
  • Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet output and quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in setting up CNC/VMC/HMC machines.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
