We focus on outcomes over hours and expect every team member to operate with ownership and discipline.Founded by an experienced investment professional with extensive international due-diligence experience, the firm recently secured backing from a U.S.-based family office and is now scaling rapidly.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager based in India with strong experience in professional services or B2B marketing, specifically in demand generation, HubSpot operations, and digital acquisition. The role involves building and running a high-velocity, data-driven marketing engine for a U.S.-based services business.This is a hands-on role requiring execution across paid media, outbound programs, nurture flows, and analytics, with accountability for moving prospects through the funnel from Awareness → Engagement → Consideration → Conversion.What You’ll LeadBuild and execute multi-channel demand generation across paid social, paid search, email, outbound, and remarketing.Operate HubSpot as the central marketing system: workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, sequences, and attribution reporting.Develop persona-based content paths, nurture sequences, and conversion flows.Execute outbound programs across email, , and calling workflows with list building, segmentation, and testing.Manage creative for ads, landing pages, conversion paths, and A/B experiments.Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel progression, and pipeline contribution; report insights to leadership.Coordinate closely with Sales on qualification criteria, handoff processes, and closed-loop reporting.Oversee freelancers or creative partners as needed.Maintain campaign QA, performance hygiene, and continuous optimization cycles.What You BringHubSpot experience is a must - this role requires deep, hands-on expertise across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.Strong background in marketing and lead generation for B2B or professional-services businesses.7 - 12 years of experience in B2B or services-focused growth marketing (consulting, technology services, or financial services preferred).Proven track record generating qualified meetings and improving funnel conversion metrics.Hands-on execution in Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and list-based targeting.Strong outbound orchestration experience (sequencing, messaging, list ops, enrichment).High data literacy: CAC, CPL, ROAS, funnel math, attribution, and dashboarding.Excellent spoken and written English; confident working with U.S. leadership.Comfortable working U.S. hours overlap.PreferredExperience in consulting, technology services, financial services, or other professional-services environments.Experience working with U.S. or international markets.Prior exposure to leading small pods or coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows.CompensationCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.
