Customizing the user interface, creating custom objects and fields, defining validation rules, and implementing automation through workflows and process builders. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud/Lifesciences Cloud and other Health Cloud/Lifescience Cloud systems, such as electronic health records (EHR), billing systems, and telehealth platforms. This includes data mapping, data transformation, and ensuring data integrity and security throughout the integration process. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce Health Cloud/Lifesciences Cloud solutions. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and address any issues or concerns. As a Solution Architect, you should stay updated with the latest industry trends, Salesforce releases, and emerging technologies in the Health Cloud/Lifescience Cloud domain. You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, recommend enhancements, and drive innovation to optimize the user experience and overall efficiency of Health Cloud/Lifescience Cloud processes.Expertise You'll Bring:Must Have Skills: Salesforce Health Cloud/Life sciences cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Experience 8 to 12 years Primary responsibility is to design and implement effective solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud/Lifesciences Cloud. Role involves understanding the specific requirements and challenges of Health Cloud/Lifescience Cloud organizations and leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud/Lifesciences Cloud to address those needs Lead team of developers and guide them to implement solution leveraging SF best practices Collaborate with stakeholders, including Health Cloud/Lifescience Cloud providers, administrators, and IT teams, to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions. Defining data models, workflows, and integrations to ensure seamless operations and data management within the health ecosystem. Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud/Lifesciences Cloud and its features, as well as the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
