The Opportunity

As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our memory AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand, identifying new opportunities, and closing our first deals with key customers. 


Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Close deals and exceed sales targets consistently.


Market Penetration:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target customer segments.

  • Attend industry conferences and events to build brand awareness.


Sales Process Optimization:

  • Implement and refine sales processes and methodologies.

Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a world-class sales team.

Experience
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales leadership roles with startups and larger companies.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian market and business landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
